The Land

Valencia is well known in the whole world as the Land of the Oranges and it’s competing globally with Brazil, China and the U.S. In VIVAVIDA we take care of our land because our land and the Mediterranean sun are the authentic essence of our oranges and tangerines.

The Crop

We mainly apply manual techniques, with the minimum possible machinery as we have been doing for generations.

The Fruit

Our oranges and tangerines are gathered of the tree in the just moment of maturation (when the degrees of acidity and sweetness are in his ideal point).

There are companies (normally they are intermediary speculators) that gather the fruit when still it is green and store it in cold-storage rooms until the market demands it; it is at the time when by means of treatments based on ethylene and other preserving products, they give color to the fruit and do that it lasts more time in the shops and supermarkets.

For us the chambers are our trees and the Mediterranean climate; for it when you consume one of our oranges and / or tangerines enjoy the real flavor of the fruit, because they support all his qualities organoleptics intact.

It does not have seeds and the levels and ratio of sugar and acidity are really good and balanced.
