In case you were not at the address given at the time of delivery, you will receive an arrival notice so that you can contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery.

If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. If you notice that the boxes do not arrive in perfect condition, reject them, indicating the reason on the delivery note, and we will schedule a new delivery. You have 24 hours, since delivery, to make claims for damages to the goods that had not been noticed at the time of delivery (shock-damaged fruit, mashed fruit , etc.), On your next order we will replace the damaged fruit for free. It would be very useful to us if you could attach to your claim a photo of the damaged fruit.
